Je m&rsquo;assure que ce que je vous dis vous convient, et je vous invite \u00e0 me poser toutes vos questions.. <br>                       &#8211; votre probl\u00e9matique <br>                      &#8211; un \u00e9change respectueux et une \u00e9coute active (je suis une psy qui parle \ud83d\ude09 ) <br>                      &#8211; une synth\u00e8se sur la s\u00e9ance et les perspectives d&rsquo;accompagnement <br>Je vous explique ce qui me semble pertinent de travailler lors d&rsquo;une prochaine s\u00e9ance, les outils pertinents, les possibles orientations (m\u00e9decin, psychiatre, ost\u00e9opathes, kin\u00e9siologues, r\u00e9flexologues plantaires&#8230;). Je crois en l&rsquo;accompagnement pluridisciplinaire. Je suis tout \u00e0 fait OK pour travailler avec les diff\u00e9rents professionnels pour votre mieux-\u00eatre.. <br>                      &#8211; la suite<br>A la fin de chaque 1\u00e8re s\u00e9ance je propose toujours\u00a0<strong>3 chemins<\/strong>\u00a0pour vous permettre de r\u00e9pondre au mieux \u00e0 vos besoins dans la bienveillance :<br>\u2013 le \u00ab\u00a0<mark>match<\/mark>\u00a0\u00bb : vous sentez que vous souhaitez reprendre rendez-vous.<br>\u2013 le \u00ab\u00a0<mark>joker<\/mark>\u00a0\u00bb : tout s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9 mais vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez rentrer \u00e0 la maison et prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir si vous reprenez rendez-vous, ou pas.<br>\u2013 le \u00ab\u00a0<mark>non match<\/mark>\u00a0\u00bb : parce qu\u2019il est possible que votre 1\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de corresponde pas \u00e0 vos attentes et que vous ne souhaitiez pas reprendre rendez-vous.<br>   <br>Concernant le rythme des s\u00e9ances, je consid\u00e8re que c&rsquo;est un choix guid\u00e9 dans un premier temps par des contraintes personnels. J&rsquo;ai conscience qu&rsquo;entreprendre une th\u00e9rapie signifie du temps (gestion de votre planning) et de l&rsquo;argent. Ainsi, nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons ensemble \u00e0 ce qui est le plus pertinent pour vous. <br>Il est tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent que le rythme soit flexible. <br>Des rendez-vous fr\u00e9quents au d\u00e9part, puis plus espac\u00e9s. Ou inversement.<br>Il est important de consid\u00e9rer \u00e9galement la temporalit\u00e9 psychique.<br><br>Alors que certaines personnes vont avoir une vitesse d&rsquo;\u00e9laboration et de cheminement rapide (clin d&rsquo;oeil \u00e0 mes patient-es \ud83d\ude09 ) <br>D&rsquo;autres auront un rythme plus ample, plus \u00e9tal\u00e9 (clin de l&rsquo;autre oeil \u00e0 mes autres patient-es \ud83d\ude09 ) <br>&#8211;> Il n&rsquo;y a pas de \u00ab\u00a0bon\u00a0\u00bb rythme. <br>Le v\u00f4tre est le meilleur. <br>Et j&rsquo;aime penser que respecter votre rythme, c&rsquo;est vous permettre de le d\u00e9couvrir, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter et le vivre par la suite dans votre quotidien. <br><br>Voici comment se d\u00e9roule en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance.<br>Il arrive que je commence certaines diff\u00e9remment, c&rsquo;est OK de venir m&rsquo;exprimer votre inconfort.
